This gorgeous stained glass Robin is hand crafted using textured and streaky glass to give the appearance of actual feathers. My choice of glass is inspired from the bright and such recognisable colours the Robin possesses, and makes it stand out as one of Britain’s most popular garden birds.
I have designed the pattern for this bird to accurately reflect its markings in my work. Every piece of glass is cut, copper-foiled and soldered together by hand and so will differ very slightly in every bird.
The Robin is mounted onto three green leaves and the base attaches to the stake. It can be moved around your garden very easily to fill in gaps or give you a different focal point throughout the year. The stakes can stay outside all year round.
